Request for an RMA should be sent together with an error report to support@tmsnet.eu. No reclamations will be accepted without an RMA. Following information are required in the report:

  • Batchnumbers (lotnumbers)
  • Datecodes
  • Quantity of faulty products
  • Quantity of unused products from the same batch
  • Photos of the defective parts
  • A test report from a testing laboratory approved by TMSNET may be required if TMSNET deems it necessary.
